Before you can be fully promoted you must take a final exam given by your mentor and a Seiko or Mimiteh to accompany and overlook your exam.
There is a presentation stage, preparation stage and finally, the final exam.
Presentation Stage: You and your mentor must present yourself to the Seiko's, and Mimiteh's of your paradox. They will then discus and decide if you are ready.
Preparation Stage: If they deem you are ready for the final exam, you, your mentor and your Mimiteh (s) will help you in preparation for the exam. This will go over everything that is needed to be covered.
Final Exam: This means you have been deemed worthy and your training is complete. Upon passing the exam you are promoted to your official title.
